What’s Included:

  • 1x 15-minute Virtual Fit Check Appointment via Zoom or FaceTime.
  • Assistance with confirming the fit of your bras or guidance for returning/exchanging bras purchased within the last 14 days, as per our return/exchange policy.

Please Note:

  • This service is only available for clients who have previously paid for their fitting fee.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and reschedule policy carefully:

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments without prior notice, will result in a forfeiture of the service fee. No refunds or store credit will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at shell@shelllingerie.com as soon as possible.
