How long is the service?
It is a 45-minute call via FaceTime or Zoom.

Who will be on the call?
It will be myself (Shell) and you in a private setting. It is recommended that you find a quiet, private space for the call.

Will I need to remove my top?
Yes, but only if and when you feel ready. I will assess your fit by observing your current bra and may ask you to show specific parts, such as the back band or cup shape.

What happens after the call?
You will receive your Bespoke Bra Fit Profile via email, which includes:

  • Recommended size and sister size.
  • Suggested brands and styles.
  • Links to purchase (no obligation).

If you wish, I can also assist with placing orders for you.

If I order from you, how long will it take?

  • In-stock items: Shipped ASAP (free for orders over $250 within Australia).
  • Bespoke orders: Delivered within 2-4 weeks.

What happens if the bras aren't perfect?
If purchased directly from me, bras can be exchanged if unworn, unwashed, and returned within 14 days. For bespoke orders (items not in stock), exchanges or store credit are available. Return shipping is covered by you.

What happens after my bras arrive?
You will have a complimentary fit-check call or 1 week of WhatsApp/email support to ensure you are happy with your purchases.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and reschedule policy carefully:

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments without prior notice, will result in a forfeiture of the service fee. No refunds or store credit will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at shell@shelllingerie.com as soon as possible.
