Using Shell’s exclusive ‘fit by eye method,’ you’ll discover your true bra size, sister size, and the styles that perfectly suit your body. This 45-minute one-on-one session will leave you feeling confident, comfortable, and empowered with the knowledge to find your ideal fit.

  • Pre-Consultation Questionnaire and personalised size/style research.
  • 1x 45-minute Bespoke Bra Fitting session with a profile including your size, sister size, and shopping recommendations to take away.
  • Options to purchase or order bras and swimwear (no obligation to buy).

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and reschedule policy carefully:

  • Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments without prior notice, will result in a forfeiture of the service fee. No refunds or store credit will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at shell@shelllingerie.com as soon as possible.
